We’ve done a few upgrades on the site. Not to worry, all member profiles, photos, videos and comments are still here.

Wynter Gordon Gets Personal on ‘The Human Condition’

When Wynter Gordon entered the music business, it was as a songwriter for established artists. Jennifer Lopez, Mary J. Blige, and Estelle are among the stars who benefitted from Gordon’s sonic penmanship. But like any true artist, it got the point where Gordon could no longer hide her emotions in someone else’s music (she did, after all attend Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School the so-called “Fame” school), and the 26-year-old New York native finally released her debut record, With the Music I Die, last year.

Wynter Gordon, a singer/songwriter best known for her club hits "Dirty Talk," "Buy My Love" and her vocals on Flo Rida's top 5 2009 single "Sugar," is going the D.I.Y. route. Wynter is prepping a self-released collection of four free EPs called "The Human Condition" - the first of which, "Doleo" (Latin for "pain") is out July 9.

Each EP will explore a different emotion (look for "love and lust" next) and sees Gordon exploring all sorts of genres that go beyond her dance-pop niche, with all the songs written by Gordon.
